Is it free to use?
Yes, our Free plan is available at no cost. However, it includes usage limits on the number of Boards, AI Agents, and Decisions you can create. For details on plan limitations, please refer to the pricing section.
What can I do with BoarderX?
BoarderX lets you set up multiple AI agents from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, and chat with all of them in one Board. You can turn key moments in your conversations into Decisions and keep a searchable record — and share it all with your team. (※Decision management is available on the Team plan only.)
Do I need my own API key? (BYOK)
Yes. BoarderX operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. Please provide your own API key from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google to configure your AI Agents. Registered API keys are secured using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption and stored in our protected database. Our team will never manually access or view your keys; they are utilized solely via automated system processes to execute AI Agent calls. We do not share or disclose your keys to any third parties.
How is BoarderX different from ChatGPT or other LLMs?
BoarderX lets you configure each AI agent with a custom name, role, and system prompt — so you can build and personalize your own AI team using models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and more.
What are "Board" and "Decision"?
A "Board" is a chat space where people and AI agents can have conversations together. You can call on multiple AI agents at once and bring all your discussions into one place.

A "Decision" is a feature that lets you capture key moments from your Board conversations. AI automatically generates a title, decision summary, reasoning, and source — so you can search and revisit them later.
※Decision management (projects, categories, tags, etc.) is available on the Team plan only.
What is a "Workspace"?
A Workspace is a shared team space available on the Team plan only. You can invite members, share Boards, and organize Decisions by project and category.
How do I use it with my team?
Upgrade to the Team plan ($75/mo) to invite up to 15 people. You can also set up up to 50 AI agents.
What devices are supported?
BoarderX works in any web browser, so you can use it on PC, tablet, or smartphone. iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
How do I pay?
The web version supports credit card payments via Stripe. The iOS app uses App Store in-app purchases, and the Android app uses Google Play billing. All prices are in USD.
